Owner
[OWNER BACKSTORY - replace with what the owner says on the call: years on a crew before founding the business, where they came up, why they started their own. ~2 sentences.]
What I tell every new hire: how a project is built is decided long before the finish work. Get the layout right, get the framing square, get the inspections passed the first time, and the rest of the job goes smooth. Cut a corner you think no one will see, and it shows up six months later.
We stay accountable. We don't hand the job to a stranger and disappear, and we don't chase the next quote while yours sits unfinished. We plan it, we build it, and we stand behind it. That's the whole pitch.

How we work
On a lot of projects, a homeowner ends up managing a pile of separate contractors who each blame the next when something slips. That is where schedules fall apart and budgets blow up.
We run it differently. One contractor owns the project from the first permit to the final walkthrough. Our core crew handles the build, and the trade partners we bring in - electrical, plumbing, HVAC - are people we have worked with for years and trust on a jobsite.
Our crew
Framing, finish carpentry, and the structural work run by our own crew - the same hands you met on the estimate.
Trade partners
Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical handled by licensed trades we have worked with for years and schedule directly.
One point of contact
Permits, inspections, scheduling, and questions all run through one contractor who stays accountable to the finish.
How we work
01
The names you meet on the estimate are the names running your project. One contractor stays responsible from permit to keys - no dozen subs pointing fingers.
02
Every scope is written down - the work, the materials, the allowances, the timeline. No surprises mid-build. No change orders unless the scope actually changed.
03
If a defect or installation issue shows up after we finish, we come back and fix it. That's not a marketing line - it's in the written quote.
